Orginally dedicated in 1980 the Museum and Visitor Center of the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor was in urgent need to replace and expand the existing facility. The Arizona Memorial Museum Association (AMMA) established the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund (PHMF) to raise over $50 million in capital improvement funds from public and private sources. [...]
